This is a multi-sited firm which has offices throughout the West Midlands and which has a particular focus on the Black Country. The practice is well known as one of the regions stronger offerings having forged solid links with local businesses and individuals, with the firm being particularly proud of having a reputation for serving the community.

The firm's Residential Property Team is highly regarded and is renowned as being one of the leading teams within the locality. This team is keen to hear from a conveyancing fee earner who has a minimum of 6 months' experience of working in residential property and who are keen to specialise in the sector. Experience of dealing with new builds and/or plot sales would be advantageous.

This opportunity is perfect for those whose career is in its infancy as the team provides a dedicated training scheme and, coupled with a significant amount of support, you will quickly progress to a fully-fledged fee earning role so this is an ideal chance for someone who is looking to enhance their technical skill set quickly and learn from experts in the sector.

It is essential that you are ambitious, self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a desire to succeed in a friendly but busy department which continues to expand as a consequence of an increase in instructions.
