Plot Sales Supervisor - Birmingham -
An exciting opportunity for a Lawyer with Residential Conveyancing / Plot Sales or Developments experience to lead a team at a multi-office national firm.
This role offers an excellent career development opportunity for an ambitious candidate and you will be encouraged to take a leading position in this highly successful team. The team is well respected and deals with complex mixed-use sites for a wide range of developers, including major national organisations, offering a complete spectrum of advice on the development process from conception, planning and finance, through to individual plot sales.
There is flexibility here and the position could be open to a Solicitor or Legal Executive, but you will need solid, good quality experience in dealing with residential developments.
