Clinical Negligence Solicitor, Central London
NQ - 4yrs PQE

I am inviting applications from ambitious qualified Solicitors who wish to be considered for an exciting opportunity within Clinical Negligence at a leading National firm of Solicitors. Salary is depending on experience.

Day to day you will handle your own caseload of claimant medical negligence matters, from birth negligence, orthopaedic, dental and cosmetic surgery claims to surgical errors, misdiagnosis and cancer claims. From instruction through to satisfactory conclusion, you will get lots of client contact and be responsible for delivering a seamless service.

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor (NQ - 4 yrs PQE) who has solid experience within claimant clinical negligence work. NQ solicitors who have completed a seat in clinical negligence and are looking to progress within this field will be considered. The ability to work through a case from instruction to settlement is essential. Working under the supervision of a more senior Solicitor, you will be a team player and able to work to both individual and team targets.
