The role of Commercial Paralegal will sit within the Central Legal Team based in Birmingham City Centre and this is an excellent opportunity for any individual who is looking to work for a global brand and who wants to be challenged with complex legal work on a daily basis.

Description
As a Commercial Paralegal you will be working within the in house legal team and your role will primarily focus around drafting & negotiating commercial contracts, in particular technology based contracts. You will also provide legal support to the wider business which will involve advising on ad hoc legal queries that arise.
As part of a 35 strong team you will find that there is always senior support at hand should you require it and due to the size and diverse nature of the team you will find that this will present you with plenty of opportunities for personal growth and development within this role.
Profile
The ideal Commercial Paralegal will have prior experience of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, this can be from an in house or private practice team.
