This global law firm are looking to add to their highly ranked private equity team in London.
You will get exposure to private equity transactions as well as both public and private M&A and joint ventures. Your clients will be spread across a broad range of sectors including TMT, energy and financial services.
This firm will expect you to get involved with business development as well as being an excellent technical lawyer. They are valued by clients for the commercially sound advice and your colleagues will provide as much support as you need to provide this.
