The highly regarded Social Housing team is looking to hire an excellent Social Housing Associate. This personal may already in a predominately Social Housing role or even in a more general role who would like to move to a more Social Housing focused position. There is also the opportunity for this person to be based in a number of the firm's regional offices.

The ideal Social Housing Associate will have excellent academics and strong experience of social housing from a reputable firm. You should have experience of asset management, securitisation, stock transfer, commercial landlord & tenant work. Ideally you will be 1 - 3 years' PQE, however consideration will be given to exceptional individuals at other levels.
