Housed within the wider employment group, the expanding immigration team handles an increasing amount of high quality corporate immigration work and as such is looking for a specialist lawyer with experience of gained at a leading immigration practice.

The successful candidate will be expected to be comfortable dealing with sponsorship applications across all Tiers of the Points Based System. European free movement rights as well as experience of handling immigration obligations triggered by corporate transactions.,
