A multi-office Private Practice Law firm in Devon is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to assist on a Locum basis.The cover is required to start mid-end March 2017 on an ongoing basis whilst the firm recruits a new permanent member of staff.
The position:-
* You will be dealing with both commercial and private clients (including developers, owners of commercial and residential property portfolios, secured lenders, landed estates and rural business) in all types of property disputes
* You will be required to litigate cases as well as explore ADR
The ideal candidate:-
* Will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (or fee earner similarly qualified) who will have experience of dealing with this type of work
This is a full time position ideally, however, those seeking part time opportunities should also apply.
There is also scope for this role to be made permanent for the right candidate.
