Our client is a leading Magic Circle firm with a dominant Capital Markets practice in New York, London and Hong Kong.
Their sizeable US Capital Markets team is seeking a mid-level lawyer to join to support their extensive list of top tier clients. The team manage; corporate finance and securities transactions, including high yield debt offerings, and initial public offerings for Asian clients (China, Philippines, Vietnam and Indonesia) listing on NYSE.
Mandarin is not needed for this role!
U.S. qualified lawyers preferable, able to handle a broad range of Capital Markets work within the Asia Pacific region.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ post qualification experience from an international firm
- Solid experience with Capital Markets (Debt and Equity)
- JD is strongly preferred, though exceptional LLM candidates should also apply.
- Solid soft skills; high level communicator, aspirations to achieve partnership and an eagerness to develop as a lawyer.
