Conveyancing Paralegal - GUARANTEED TRAINING CONTRACT (after 12 months)

They now have several exciting opportunities for a Paralegal to join their Ealing, Chiswick, and Fulham offices. The practice has experienced growth in recent years; they are an ambitious, dynamic company with their sights set high. The firm now has over 20 offices across the South of England with yet further office openings on the horizon. The firm has a unique culture where fee earners are treated well, and there are good prospects for achievers. There are no glass ceilings with many of the firm's partners having been home-grown. They are now one of the largest providers of training contracts nationally and retain most their own NQs. They offer basic salaries above market rate, and they have a very fair way of regularly assessing pay to ensure they keep ahead of the curve with remuneration.

The firm is seeking a Paralegal to come into the Conveyancing department. You will work with highly experienced Solicitors, receive full training, and after 12 months be enrolled onto the firms excellent training contract programme where you can choose your elected seats. You will be taught not just the technical skills you need but the business development skills on how to become a strong commercially minded lawyer.

You must have:

• Be a paralegal or an LPC graduate
• Be driven, ambitious and organised
• Have a keen interest in Property law
• First class communication skills
• Salary is initially £16k, it then increases at training contract stage. Upon qualification, you will receive an industry leading NQ salary above market rate
