Part time Contracts Manager /Paralegal

You will become the main point of contact within the Legal team for the creation and storage of a range of contracts including IT, Commercial and Outsourcing . You will have sole responsibility for creating and running a central repository for on-going contracts as well as be responsible for legal reporting and working closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders.

You will have an excellent knowledge of contract law , with at least 3 years experience working within a similar role. Knowledge or experience of the asset management industry is desirable , although we are keen to hear from candidate who have worked within similar regulated industries. You will have excellent written and verbal communications skills, have strong relationship management skills , as well as good excel and data analysis experience.
