Our client, a litigation funding company based in London, are seeking a Corporate lawyer for a contract role within their legal team.

Description
This role is for an 8 PQE+ corporate lawyer to assist with a range of transactional documentation and matters.
PLEASE NOTE: PQE level is purely for guidance and a range of levels, both more senior and junior will be considered.
Profile
The successful candidate will have notable corporate experience, preferably with a broad focus to deal with the scope of this position. A background at a top law firm is preferable.
