In House Charity & Property Lawyer Fixed Term Contract Job based in Gloucestershire


Your new company
An opportunity to work for a charitable trust has arisen in Gloucestershire, near Stroud. This company provides innovative and experiential education and training for young people marginalised by disadvantage, exclusion or special learning needs.

Your new role
You will be working 24 hours a week on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. You will be required to both progress and complete a number of specific projects involving charity and property law matters. These include reorganisation / mergers of the charity / its subsidiaries, transfers of land, surrender of leases and the grant of new leases. You will need a sufficient working knowledge of the charity and property legal aspects underpinning these projects but will have a budget to instruct external advisers to support you.
