This popular firm in SW London is looking to hire an ambitious private client lawyer to join their highly-ranked team. The group has broad experience over the entire sector with a particular focus on UK domestic issues. Within the team is the cross-border group which advises on multi- jurisdictional issues. In particular, they provide estate planning advice to clients with assets in more than jurisdiction, advise on tax residency and domicile and assist with the administration of estates with an international dimension. The caseload includes: estate planning advice; the administration of estates of varying degrees of complexity; advising on cross border issues; the creation, administration and taxation of trusts; advising on and drafting wills; taxation advice; advising on capacity issues. Clients include largely high net worth individuals who are UK based as well as international clients. You should have knowledge of a broad range of private client work and the administration of estates.
