Aviation Finance/General Banking - U.S firm 1-4 PQE

This well-regarded U.S law firm is looking to hire an aviation finance lawyer between 6 months and 4 PQE to join its highly rated team in London. They work with a broad client base, advising airlines, financial institutions and lessors on the purchase of both new and used aircraft and engines in addition to the cross-border leasing and financing of those aircraft and engines. Whilst the teams' focus is on clients within the aviation sector, they also on occasion work on deals involving other assets, including ships and offshore equipment. There will also be the opportunity to undertake some general banking work due to an imminent lateral partner hire.

This really is a great opportunity to join a relatively compact team, where you will get a lot of client face time, working in a supportive, collegiate environment. It is preferable that candidates have asset finance experience, however a strong general banking lawyer will also be considered.
