Our client is a leading international law firm who are seeking to appoint a tax lawyer to join their office in South Africa. The team advise a wide variety of international groups ranging from owner-managed businesses, management teams and private equity houses to property developers, local authorities, and housing providers. They also provide specialist and proactive tax support and insight across other legal disciplines. The team are also known for their top spot on legal 500s tax list in South Africa.
The team are seeking a tax lawyer with 5+ PQE. You must have experience in corporate tax , International tax planning for corporates and wealthy individuals and families, including controlled foreign companies, foreign trusts, settlor and beneficiary charges and double tax agreements etc. You will sit within the Corporate team, to assist and advise on the tax implications of corporate transactions etc.
