Banking & Finance Associate - Sydney, 1-8 PQE

As one of the world's leading law firms, our client advises many of the biggest and most ambitious organisations across all major regions of the globe. We are currently recruiting for a number of exciting opportunities to work in the firm's dynamic Banking and Finance practice in Sydney, including for a Senior Associate (5+ years Aus/4+ UK PQE) and a Solicitor/Associate (2-5 years Aus/1-4 UK PQE).

This role will involve advising on a broad range of banking and finance matters, including general lending, corporate finance, property finance, asset finance, trade finance, distressed debt and restructuring.

On a day-to-day basis, these roles will see you working on some of the largest and most interesting transactions around. You will work closely with leading partners in the team, where you will be involved in advising clients on a range of banking and financing matters. In the Senior Associate role, you will have client management responsibilities and will be involved in supervising more junior team members. In addition to high quality work, these roles offer excellent training and career development opportunities.

The successful candidate should be a qualified lawyer, with an excellent academic profile and at least 1 year post qualification banking and finance experience gained at a leading firm in the market. We welcome applications from Australian or New Zealand-admitted lawyers returning from overseas or UK-qualified lawyers looking to relocate to Australia.
