Private Client Solicitor
A Private Client Solicitor is sought to join a thriving and dynamic law firm in North Yorkshire. This role will be based in a market town and offers a very attractive salary and benefits package.
A reputable and well-established boutique law firm in North Yorkshire are actively seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their expanding Private Client team. The role will include a mixed caseload of Probate, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney work with a particular focus on inheritance tax planning and asset management. Due to this firms location and client base this role will involve working closely with the Property team to ensure a joint 360 approach is delivered.
The successful candidate will be a minimum 2 years PQE working in a similar role with a thirst to excel in this area of law. The position is available due to growth at the firm and will allow flexibility to work independently with minimum supervision whist under the support of one of the most reputable solicitors in this area of work. You will need to be capable of handling your own varied caseload of Private Client work and candidates who have had exposure to high net worth clients will be advantaged along with those who have prior experience of dealing with more complex inheritance tax planning and asset management matters.
