A US multinational Corporation is looking for an experienced real estate Legal Counsel to work from their EMEA Luxembourg office to advise the business on all aspects of their real estate matters throughout Europe. You will work autonomously and communicate directly to senior business members where you will have the gravitas to work closely with Senior Real Estate and Operations Management teams. You will play a key role in drafting and negotiating multi-million Dollar transactions in various European jurisdictions.
The Role
You will work autonomously and be required to draft and negotiate sale and purchase or lease agreements having gained wide-spread experience of real estate matters. You will advise landlords and tenants as well as property owners and investors. You will draft and negotiate construction agreements including the management of existing real estate portfolio as well as handling pre-litigation disputes. For this role candidates will be required to have strong strategic organisational and project management skills.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a Real Estate Lawyer with a minimum of 4 yrs PQE gained from a leading international law firm with relevant in-house experience. Candidates MUST have top class academics gained from a highly regarded University, minimum 2.1 law degree. You will have gained wide-spread experience of real estate matters, advising landlords and tenants as well as property owners and investors. You will also thrive in fast paced, dynamic, growth environments and will have a strong reputation for delivering results.
