Commercial Contracts Solicitor NQ - 3 years PQE
Our client are a highly-regarded 12 Partner two office law firm in Thames Valley. The office in Reading is looking to appoint a Commercial Contracts Solicitor to their market-leading Commercial Contracts department.
As a Commercial Contracts Lawyer you will have from NO - 3 Years' PQE and be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with complex commercial contracts caseloads.
The ideal candidate could be someone who has trained in-house but is looking to move into private practice. Good Commercial awareness is the essential. You will work alongside a senior fee earner drafting contracts and managing the firms retainer client relationships.
You will have have good academics and be able to work effectively as a commercial contracts lawyer as part of the firms commercial contracts team.
