Corporate Immigration Solicitor - London

This leading international practice, with a strong national presence enjoys a standalone corporate immigration team and is looking to expand in the London office. You will be NQ-3PQE with corporate immigration law experience gained at a large recognised firm or a boutique immigration practice and you will have experience of working cross border.

The team assist major UK and international companies on complex immigration rules. You can expect to deal with a variety of matters including sponsor licence applications and compliance, immigration obligations triggered in corporate transactions and exercises, sponsorship and visa applications under all Tiers, European free movement rights, settlement and citizenship applications, visa applications for high net worth individuals and representatives of overseas businesses and the prevention of illegal working.
