Probate/Private Client is one of the firm's strategic sectors. As a result of the firm's rapidly expanding practice in this area, and in particular in wills and probate work, an experienced wills and probate paralegal is required to join an existing team based in Cornwall. The office is a really great place to work in a small team environment.

Recent work has covered most aspects of wills, probate, tax and trusts; including dealing with the administration of estates from the death of a client to paying out the residuary beneficiaries. This included obtaining Grants of Probate, collecting in assets, and paying liabilities. Estate administration is also an area of involvement.

All in all a fantastic opportunity for a paralegal looking to take their career in an exciting new direction!
