Commercial Property Solicitor - £40-£50k – Cambridgeshire
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a busy, forwarded thinking firm in the Cambridgeshire area.
Our client is looking for an accomplished Solicitor who has experience in managing their own caseload. The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with high volumes of leasehold work acting on behalf of landlord and tenants. In addition they will be handling the sale and purchase of commercial property, and structure deals.
This firm requires a hands-on and approachable individual to join their team, someone who is dedicated to guiding clients through difficult times with the most practical solutions.
The salary on offer is £40-£50k dependent on experience / PQE.
