Highly regarded practice seeks talented Private Client Lawyer for leading team in Surrey.

The Role
An opportunity has arisen within an established Woking-based Private Client Department, for a technically proficient Lawyer with experience advising HNW clients. Managing a mixed caseload of private client matters, the successful Solicitor or Legal Executive will ensure high levels of client care and service at all times. Areas will include: will drafting; lasting powers of attorney; estate administration; advising HNW clients on tax and estate planning and; the formation and termination of trusts. Keen to get involved with business development, the successful Lawyer will build and maintain client relationships and promote the services of the private client department and practice as a whole. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4-8 years’ PQE;
You will be technically brilliant with a wide range of private client experience;
You will have first class communication and client care skills;
You will be commercially aware;
You will have your own workload and be able to work with minimal supervision;
You will be personable with a detail orientated approach;
You will have a desire for professional development.
