Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment are now recruiting for an experienced Personal Injury and Disease Solicitor for a specialist personal injury firm in Lancashire.

Our client is a leading specialist personal injury firm in Lancashire, covering all areas of personal injury including RTA, EL/PL, Clinical Negligence and Industrial Disease. The role will involve handling a case load of predominantly Disease matters (NIHL and some other mixed disease types) and also a handful of mixed Personal Injury matters. The caseload will be mostly litigated and multi track in value with some fast track cases.

The firm is looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor with circa 5 years of experience on a permanent basis and although some training can be given it is essential that you have had experience of handling Disease matters.
