Contentious Trust & Probate Solicitor - Birmingham

I have an exciting new opportunity for a contentious private client specialist with a leading national firm. 

My client is a Top 20 full service law firm with a national footprint across the UK, highly respected for their comprehensive range of legal services. Their private client work spans working on behalf of mid to high net worth clients, from volume commoditised work through to tailored, face to face client services.

Due to increasing litigation demand they are seeking to recruit an associate or senior associate level contentious trust and probate specialist (Solicitor or Legal Executive) for their Birmingham office, linking with their wider established national team. Acting on behalf of executors, beneficiaries and trustees you will pick up a caseload of high quality cases, largely privately funded, though knowledge of CFAs, LEI, ATE and BTE insurance litigation would be helpful

As the level of appointment would suggest, there will be an emphasis on leadership and you will take an active role in the management and supervision of your colleagues, as well as working externally with work providers, generating future work. Applicants with either ACTAPS and/or STEP would be attractive however a strong track record and reputation in this field is equally essential.
