Consumer Finance Lawyer (Interim)

Our client  a leading financial institution is looking for an Interim Consumer Finance/Payments lawyer to join their in house team in London.

The main purpose of the role:

- To provide overall legal support to all facets of the business

-Drafting and advising on legal documentation including critical payment systems agreements

-Negotiating high value and strategic legal agreements and cross border agreements

-Providing strategic advice for the structuring of commercial deals

-Supporting and engaging in the bid process as well as management and supervision of junior members of the team.

The ideal candidate:

-Will have at least 5 years’* experience within consumer finance law either in house or within private practice as well as excellent credentials.
