Commercial Property Paralegal

My client, a well-known International law firm based in Birmingham City Centre is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join them on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.

As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will be working within one of the largest Property teams in the UK, dealing with a varied portfolio of clients.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Drafting and negotiating transactional documentation including surrenders, lease renewals and licences
• Conducting searches and title investigations
• Preparing SDLT Returns and making applications to Companies House and the Land Registry

Previous experience of Commercial Property matters would be advantageous, as would completion of the LPC. Recent experience of working within a legal office environment is essential.

Candidates must be able to work efficiently on their own.
