Great opportunity for a Commercial & Residential Property Solicitor to join a fantastic practice in East London with a strong prospect of Partnership in just two years!
This firm has been established for over 40 years and have grown going from strength to strength, they have a very dynamic and friendly team and value each and everyone one of their employees. They are actually due to potentially relocate their office more towards Central London within the next year. You find that the firm focus more on quality over quantity and charge well for the work that they do.
This Practice has a hard to beat staff retention rate as they have never lost a single employee other than to retiring, they are a larger than average high street firm but still hold a real family feel. They are seeking a Commercial & Residential Property Solicitor to join their team in East London with a prospect of Partnership in just two years!
This role would suit a property solicitor who may be at present in a firm with a glass ceiling looking to further their career and join a firm where they can make a positive impact with ultimately becoming the Head of Department and Partner.
* You will deal with a mixed caseload of; Residential and Commercial Property (more on the commercial side), Landlord and Tenant, Sales and purchases and Commercial Leases. Although if you are heavier on one side or the other I would still urge you to apply.
* Have the prospect of Partnership in as little as 2 years.
* Bring great business development skills (an established client base is an advantage)
* Have between 3-7 years' PQE in Property.
* Receive a salary up to £50,000 with excellent benefits.
