Restructuring Associate

The restructuring team of this elite US firm are looking to recruit a best in class junior to mid-level restructuring associate in to their market leading team. The London team are extremely busy and want to meet the most ambitious, capable and motivated restructuring lawyers in the City in order to find the talent they need to maintain their positon in the market and grow the practice over the coming years.

The firm are world renowned in the private equity sector and represent the market's most recognisable funds and institutions. You will receive a salary commensurate with the other leading elite US firms here in London. You will work under some of the most recognised restructuring practitioners in the City. You will join a collaborative office who invest in their associates allowing them to develop in to market leading lawyers.

In order to be considered you must have:

• gained pertinent restructuring experience from a leading firm here in the City, preferably at a Magic Circle or another leading US firm
• ideally trained and qualified in the UK although this is not a prerequisite for applying
• excellent academics
• an entrepreneurial and commercial approach to your work
• the drive, energy and ability to operate in an elite team, assuming responsibility beyond your PQE
