Commercial Property Solicitor

A Commercial Property locum Lawyer is required to assist a highly regarded Cambridgeshire private practice whilst they look to recruit a permanent member of staff.

The role is to start as soon as possible and is likely to run for an ongoing period of time until a permanent member of staff is secured.

The commercial property team are highly regarded in their field. They advise clients in relation to :

• Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties
• Landlord and tenant
• Development agreements
• Planning applications, agreements and appeals
• Property finance
• Option agreements

Candidates need to demonstrate experience in handling a full commercial property caseload without supervision. Previous experience in providing locum cover would be of significant benefit.

The firm are able to offer a competitive hourly rate and potential re-bookings.
