Dynamic Litigation Solicitor sought for a challenging role in the Birkenhead area.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and driven Litigation Solicitor to join our clients’ thriving practice in Merseyside. Becoming part of a specialist department which includes one of the firms’ partners, the successful Solicitor will handle a diverse caseload incorporating all aspects of civil and commercial disputes, acting for claimant or respondent up to final hearings if necessary. Cases may include: breach of contract; debt recovery; professional negligence; property litigation; partnership issues; consumer matters and; boundary disputes. Additional involvement in business development activities is essential for the role.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with at least 1 years’ PQE gained within a reputable Dispute Resolution department.
You must have excellent technical skills, with expertise encompassing civil and commercial litigation.
You will be a confident negotiator with strong advocacy skills.
You will be a team player with a commercial, client-focused approach.
You will be self-motivated and personable with a flair for business development.
