Medical Negligence Lawyer (Claimant) (5-9 PQE)

A well-respected law firm with a strong focus on their Clinical Negligence team are looking to further expand their growing practice with the hire of an associate at the 5-9 PQE level.

The practice are highly-regarded for their vast expertise on a wide range of high value Clinical Negligence issues. With the practice focusing on the claimant side, assisting with negligent surgeries, serious illnesses, delays in diagnosis, misdiagnosis, and injuries during birth and labour.

This opportunity represents the perfect time for an ambitious medical negligence associate to join this established London practice, working closely with partners that are considered to be leaders within their field. The successful candidate will be heavily involved in a wide range of medical negligence issues and are expected to broaden their experience and practice.

The successful candidate will have a good academic record and would have gained a minimum of 5 years' experience within a leading City or regional Clinical Negligence team. The ideal candidate will have experience in all clinical negligence matters on the claimant side.
