My client is a global top 20 law firm, with a dominant presence in London, looking for a mid-level corporate insurance associate.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside key players and legal experts within the corporate insurance arena. To support the growth of the team, you will have at least 5 years experience in corporate insurance gained at a leading firm.
The team advise on mergers, acquisitions and disposals, MBOs/MBIs, joint ventures, start ups, private equity transactions, reorganisations and general corporate advice for the Lloyd's and the insurance companies market.
