Your new firm
This established, international law firm are looking for an experienced Corporate Tax Associate to join their team based in Central Bristol alongside a widely experienced and knowledgeable Tax team.

Your new role
You will be providing strategic tax advice on high value corporate transactions, both nationally and internationally within a supportive and rewarding culture. The role will involve transactional planning, structuring and completing all relevant documentation. You will be providing high profile clients with strategies to support them with meeting their business objectives.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced lawyer with 1+ PQE, and will be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of UK and cross-border tax rules and structures. You will be able to provide corporate tax advice on a wide range of areas, including property, finance and other commercial transactions. You will have excellent communication skills and outstanding attention to detail.
