Description

A Birmingham law firm is looking to recruit a Part-Time Residential Property Solicitor to join its small team focusing on residential property work together with aspects of commercial property.

This is a small team but they are very busy and need to recruit to service an existing caseload. They have a loyal client base of niche clients who mainly instruct on higher value property matters. The firm steers away from any volume conveyancing.

You'll work alongside a Partner and Associate and will be supervised and trained by the latter.

For the right person, there may be opportunities to get involved with aspects of commercial property work if this is something you are interested in.

The team is close knit and there is plenty of support. The team is assisted by a very experienced paralegal/secretary.

You'll have your own caseload so will be expected to be able to run with your own matters, albeit with an element of supervision and development where needed.

Our client will very much consider solicitors who are interested in flexible or part-time working arrangements. Full time lawyers will also be considered.

Profile

You'll have at least a years' conveyancing experience and will be able to run with basic files from start to finish. You could either be looking to work 3-4 days a week or full time hours.
