Commercial Property Solicitor
A Commercial Property Solicitor is required to join an award winning real estate team in a highly regarded Legal 500 firm based in Guildford. Salary is competitive and dependant on experience but ideally looking for candidates with Real Estate experience and 1-3 yrs PQE
Our client, an award winning Legal 500 Firm is one of the largest commercial law firms in Guildford, providing high quality legal services acting for a broad range of clients locally and internationally.
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be joining one of the largest teams of real estate specialists outside of London with an outstanding reputation. You will provide services in areas including acquisitions and disposals, construction, financing, hospitality and leisure, land use, together with planning and development. You can expect your case-load to be varied, dealing with clients from household names. Salary will be £48k+ for a 1-3 years PQE candidate.
You will have strong academics and likely of trained at a leading regional or City law firm.
