Private Client Solicitor

This firm is looking to recruit a senior solicitor or legal executive into their private client team in Newquay, Cornwall.

With offices in London and Cornwall, this firm is best placed to give excellent commercial and personal legal advice. They have an excellent local reputation and have plenty of repeat business keeping them busy!! 

You will manage an existing fee earner, and ultimately head up the private client team. Your case load will be broad and will include advising on wills, probate, court of protection, tax planning and trusts matters. Often clients will have complex needs and you will give sound advice, continuing to provide an excellent customer service.  
 
This vacancy will suit a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 2-3 years experience. Managerial experience would be an advantage, but not essential. 

Salary up to £40k.
