Trainee Law Costs Draftsman wanted for exiting opportunity with a Top 50 international full service law firm at their office in Sheffield. Salary is negotiable & depending on experience.

Due to continued expansion, my client is looking for a Trainee Law Costs Draftsman to join their dedicated Costs team, the team acts for a wide variety of clients ranging from large insurers to local authorities and large corporate self insurers.

You will prepare Bills of Costs for Detailed Assessment arising out Personal Injury and general costs insurance matters ranging from small to high value claims. You will have previous experience preparing Statements of Costs for Summary Assessment, Schedules and Costs and Costs Budgets. Other duties include negotiation and settlement of legal costs, preparing Points of Dispute and Replies, preparing applications for Interim Costs Certificates and preparing hearing bundles for Detailed Assessment.

Applications are invitied from law graduates with a strong academic background, experience of costs and/or the legal environment is desirable.
