Commercial Lawyer

Our client is a successful multinational which works with leading businesses and brands on a global scale. This organisation is international in outlook and multifaceted in nature encompassing transport, logistics and distribution capacities. A new opportunity has arisen for a commercial lawyer to join the team to undertake a varied and interesting role.

Your role will include (but not be limited to); drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of complex and high-value contracts for new business and renewals, representing the companies interests, providing advice, developing internal guidelines and working on projects with internal and external stakeholders.

You must have a strong commercial understanding to be successful in this role and be able to take ownership for the task in hand. In return this opportunity presents fantastic career progression opportunities.

We would like to hear from individuals who have gained between 1-5 PQE year's commercial legal experience within another in-house legal team or with a prominent commercial law firm.
