COMMERCIAL PROPERTY FEE EARNER
LANCASHIRE/ MERSEYSIDE
A full service high street practice located on the Lancashire/ Merseyside border are currently looking to add to their established Commercial Property team.
The firm in question will consider a recently qualified solicitor or an experienced paralegal with experience of dealing with their own commercial property files.
Ideally you will have a couple of years of practical property experience under your belt dealing with sales & purchases, landlord & tenant, development and commercial leases. Any experience within general commercial matters would be an advantage however not essential.
