Kingsley has the pleasure of working with one of the most established and well-respected law firms in the Merseyside region, which is seeking to appoint an Employment Paralegal to its Liverpool office. The company’s specialist employment team deals with a variety of matters, including discrimination, unfair dismissal, and grievances.

About the role

You will be an LPC graduate with a genuine interest and passion in employment law. In this position, you will assist the team with a variety of employment-law matters, to include discrimination cases and grievances. Your role will involve liaising with clients and carrying out work on their files, as directed, including preparing bundles and getting ready for court hearings.

This is a great opportunity to not only progress your career within employment law, but also gain exposure to a variety of the field’s issues. The role is a full-time, permanent position. The starting salary for this vacancy is in the region of £15,000.
