EL/PL Litigator

Excellent opportunity for experienced Personal Injury Litigators to join a leading name within the Personal Injury arena.

The main objective of this role is to profitably manage a caseload of employer's and public liability non-MOJ personal injury claims up to the value of £25,000, ensuring that you act in the best interests of the client at all times. Your caseload will be a mixture of litigated and pre-litigated claims and you will be expected to use the Case Management System effectively.

You will have a good knowledge and understanding of personal injury liability (employers' and public liability is desirable) as well as technical quantum issues. Your strong organisational skills and time management ability will compliment your excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work to tight deadlines, and demonstrable commercial awareness.
