Chadwick Nott are acting on behalf of a leading Legal 500 Manchester firm who are currently seeking experienced RTA/Fraud Litigated Fee Earners who have experience independently handling a litigated caseload and who are competent in dealing with delegated files.
The ideal candidates will work efficiently within the relevant time constraints and continuously strive to achieve the best outcome for clients. You will be confident in negotiating and liaising with the relevant parties and utilising the case management system. The role will involve seeing cases through from commencement to conclusion in a cost effective manner.
