Title: Residential Property Paralegal

Location: Central London

Salary: £30,000

Prestigious and well-established law firm, based in the heart of the City of London, are looking to expand their leading property department due to a significant increase in their workload. They are looking for a property paralegal with at least six months’ experience in residential property and the role will in essence be a fee earning paralegal role with supervision from a Partner. You will be dealing with plot sales and must be able to deal with all processes from start to finish. Duties will include (but not limited to):

·         Preparing template letters to clients

·         Collating ID documents

·         Reviewing contracts

·         Preparing reports for clients

·         Updating clients

It is essential that you have at least six months’ experience as a paralegal and are confident with all aspects of residential property transactions. Experience dealing with the purchase of new build properties would be an advantage. You must have demonstrable client skills and the dynamism and intelligence to work for a busy team.
