My client is a Global leader in Media Communications, Digital marketing & Advertising. Due to another year of growth and success they are now looking to recruit a senior legal counsel to support its UK business for its various global network brands including digital communications services.
Reporting to the GC this role will negotiate and draft commercial contracts inc media and advertising, IT services, technology procurement agreements, IP protection, data privacy, litigation management, regulatory in relation to advertising & digital.
