BANKING LAWYER

Our highly regarded client are actively seeking a long term locum banking lawyer to provide cover for 6 months.

Our client is a leading UK law firm who works closely with some of the UK's major banks and financial institutions. The banking team manage transactions from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and cohesive process, enabling clients to continue to focus on building relationships and running their businesses.

Their national banking and finance team advises clients on a range of financing transactions across a wide variety of sectors, often with a multi-jurisdictional element. Acting for borrowers, lenders and investors means we have a practical understanding of the needs of all parties to a financing transaction.

The firm are looking for someone offering solid general banking experience with particular acquisition finance experience, someone who is used to drafting and negotiating LMA facility documentation and taking the lead on transactions.

The role could be based in either Reading, Southampton or Milton Keynes and therefore would suit a locally based banking lawyer or someone re-locating to any of these areas.
