EL/PL Technical Fee

We are keen to hear from EL / PL Fee Earners for a well established Personal Injury specialist law firm in Manchester. The role is due to expansion and further growth across the firm as a whole, making this an excellent time to join a firm that is really bucking the trend in this area at the moment.

You must have previous experience in Employers Liability and Public Liability cases, ideally from a Claimant perspective. The firm can be flexible as to the level of applicants, so this role is well suited to either experienced Paralegals, non-qualified Fee Earners and qualified Solicitors. Duties will include case building, considering offers and issuing where necessary. The Fee Earner will manage matters to conclusion, maintaining high levels of client servicing at all times.
