Due to ongoing expansion, a long established regional practice urgently requires an experienced Matrimonial Solicitor to join their established and reputable Yorkshire team.  

You will have full autonomy for your own caseload, predominantly focussing on ancillary relief and divorce however you will cover the full spectrum of family law to include: private child care, cohabitation, divorce, finances and property. You will have previous advocacy experience and be comfortable dealing with clients at times of high emotion and stress. 

You will also undertake an integral role within the department, assisting with supervision and business development and will be acting for both commercial and private clients across a range of disciplines, the firm is now expanding and as such has a requirement in the family law team.
