I am currently recruiting a Private Client Paralegal on behalf of a highly reputable Legal 500 firm at their Lincoln office. 

The Private Client Department provides expertise in all areas of Will preparation, Estate Administration, Trusts, Inheritance Tax Mitigation and Court of Protection issues.

They now have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Paralegal to join the team. The successful candidate will have at least 12 months experience in a Private Client setting. A full understanding of the main areas of Private Client Law is necessary with an ability to organise and manage time effectively.

Day to day duties will include:-
• Drafting Wills
• Drafting trusts and letters of wishes
• Drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Registering Enduring Powers of Attorney and Lasting Powers of Attorney with the Office of the Public Guardian
• Court of Protection applications and assisting with general management of clients’ finances to include paying bills
• Assisting with Probate files and Administration of Estates
• Preparing meeting attendance notes
• Drafting client care letters
